📝 Course Description
The In-Service Five Day Teachers Training Programme is a short-term professional development course designed to enhance the pedagogical skills, subject understanding, and classroom practices of in-service teachers.

This programme focuses on continuous professional development (CPD) and is conducted as per the guidelines of the Education Department / SCERT / DIET. The training emphasises activity-based learning, child-centred pedagogy, competency-based education, and effective classroom management.

The programme also provides teachers with opportunities to reflect on their teaching practices, share classroom experiences, and adopt innovative teaching strategies aligned with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
